SPACIOUS, LIGHT AND COMFORTABLE
Jasmine Cottage is spacious, light and comfortable and sleeps up to 4 guests. It is centrally heated throughout with good wifi access. Please note that in keeping with a Grade II listed character property, the stairs are quite steep and doorways quite low. The cottage is therefore not suitable for the infirm or children under 12 years of age. One well behaved pet is welcome at the cottage. Jasmine Cottage is strictly no smoking in the cottage or grounds. Parking available with car port for one car.
Entrance to Hallway
As you enter Jasmine Cottage via the front door accessed from the garden, you will discover a hallway for hanging coats and storing shoes. Leading from this is the kitchen/diner and shower room
Stairway
Please note that the upper floor at the cottage is accessed via a steep staircase so this cottage would not be suitable for the infirm or children under 12 years of age.
Kitchen/Diner
The spacious, modern kitchen is well equipped for your stay with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic electric hob and electric oven. A small dining area by the window is perfect for enjoying home cooked meals.
Main Bedroom
Large room with kingsize bed and TV. Double aspect windows so light and sunny with south window looking towards village green. All bedding and towels supplied.
Shower Room
Large shower, basin and toilet.
Outer Hall
With washing machine and area for coats and wellies.
Bedroom 2
Smaller twin bedded room. All bedding and towels supplied.
Living Room
The living area is large and spacious with comfy sofas and chairs with smart TV and DVD player. The room is unusually bright for a thatched cottage made possible with the dual aspect windows. The inglenook fireplace with open fire is perfect for cosy nights in Autumn and Winter evenings. A door at the side of the fireplace leads to the upper floor.
Bathroom
Upstairs modern bath with shower over, basin and toilet.
Garden
Pretty enclosed cottage garden with garden furniture. We regret no BBQ due to many surrounding thatched roofs.
